Welcome to the Strong Style Conditioning Program. We pride ourselves in accommodating all fitness levels from the beginner to the advanced athlete.
Our unique approach to the program provides our students with diverse exercises and equipment to help them achieve their ultimate physical conditioning. We use a variety of training tools including: kettlebells, barbells, TRX suspension trainers, battle ropes, plyometrics, medicine balls, bosu balls, agility ladders and unique body weight exercises.
Our elite level instructors are here to help you achieve your goals for overall strength, weight loss, endurance, balance, coordination and core stability.
We have qualified Instructors that will work with any fitness level. We recommend taking 2 classes per week for the first 2 weeks and advancing to 3-4 times per week. If you have previous injuries or must modify certain movements, we can always schedule you for a free one-on-one session with a trainer to evaluate your fitness level.
Regular program classes are offered Mon – Sat.
