Our Youth Martial Arts Program is a practical martial arts program that is structured around preparing our youth to overcome everyday life challenges. Our classes are taught in a safe and disciplined setting. Our students are fully uniformed with a belt rank system in place. Our top level instructors teach discipline, respect, self-confidence, and general self defense. The program is centered on several disciplines including boxing, kick boxing, wrestling, judo, and jiu-jitsu. All classes include physical conditioning that is designed to be fun while improving overall strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and coordination.
In addition to our youth martial arts program we strongly encourage our students to build individual skills in specific disciplines. We offer specific classes in youth wrestling, submission grappling, judo, and boxing. These classes are offered at no additional charge to the student.
